Strike a Pose!


Where did the time go?

.......I lost yesterday somewhere!!!! so that means no Halloween Card or Thank you Cards made!!!!! my friends popped in for a coffee-that lasted 5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!wow then it was tea time!
so I'm going to post you a picture of my handy work in the garden! I did train in hairdressing!!! Edward Scissorhands eat your heart out!!!plus the one and only... Milton, got in on the act! and tootsie has a small part in the picture!
I hope it inpires some of you to have a chop at your hedges, I'd love to see some of your finished artistic designs!!! hopefully Halloween Card tomorrow.....

I'm getting the hang of this blog lark!

Well I have lot's to do! but don't know where to start! does anyone else feel like that?
Thankyou cards, to complete a Wedding order ! Halloween cards!!! so much lovely orange, black and purple things around!! and CHRISTMAS CARDS!!!!! I have so many ideas flying around in my head I just don't know where to start!!! Well I think I shall do the Thankyou cards today;
then I can have some fun with my Halloween ideas! oh and cooking the dinner tonight! and housework!!!! if I manage a Halloween card today I will post it tomorrow....but don't hold your breath!!!!

Interaction reaction!!!!

Well here goes! my first post, it's really nerve-racking wondering what people think of your work, don't you think? hopefully, it will all be honest; and I do think it is the best policy when you need feedback just as long as it's constructive, pleeeease don't be too harsh though!
Well, as I stated in my profile, I have been making cards since 2001 and I cannot believe how the crafting industry has taken off! I remember when there were only three magazines out there for cards and crafting!!!! oh my goodness, how times have changed, we are certainly spoilt for choice. My favourite magazine is still Crafts Beautiful, as they do tend to cover a whole spectrum of different crafts.
My favourite images at the moment for cards has to be the beautiful "Sarah Kay" ones. What a
very talented lady! So here is a card I made for my Sister-In-Law from her two year old daughter....
